A partir de 2019, passei a experimentar uma variedade de processos que engrenam minha prática em pintura: motivadas por fotografias; pela observação direta da realidade; a partir da livre imaginação ou improviso; ou ainda, produzindo novas e rearranjadas versões de meus trabalhos mais
antigos. Busquei experienciar a pintura trabalhando em “núcleos investigativos” diversos coexistindo e se atravessando. Um dos poucos pontos constantes que mantive neste experimento foi a organização de tinta sobre superfícies.

Starting in 2019, I began experimenting with a variety of processes that engage my painting practice: motivated by photographs; by direct observation of reality; from free imagination or improvisation; or even, by producing new and rearranged versions of some older works of mine. I sought to experience painting by working in different “investigative cores,” coexisting and intersecting. One of the few constant points I kept in this experiment was the organization of paint on surfaces.
